Who we are

NuNorth ("NuNorth", "we", "us") provides seasonal snow removal, lawn care and fall cleanup services in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This policy explains what we collect through allcoastpm.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, send a support request or apply for a job, we collect what you enter, which can include:

• Your name, phone number, email address and service address or town
• Details about your property and the service you want
• Messages, photos or résumés you choose to upload
• For job applications: driver's licence status, experience and availability

We use this to respond to you, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver service, handle support requests and review applications. Photos and résumés are stored privately and shared only with our team through time-limited links.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form we record the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), your browser type, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address used only to block spam. We do not store your raw IP address.

Email and text messages

If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your quote, membership, scheduled visits and storm updates. Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the consent box on our form.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at info@allcoastpm.com. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages needed to deliver service you've signed up for.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember campaign tags and to hand your details from the form to the thank-you page. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, data storage and email delivery, and only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and support records for as long as needed to serve you and for up to three years after your last contact, then delete or anonymise them. Job applications are kept for up to one year. Uploaded photos and résumés are deleted on the same schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@allcoastpm.com or calling 978-390-1013.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
